Most of the features of the templates are not working. For example Page builder is not working. I will not recommend this template.

That is not OK. I bought Trendo, but no support. I want to have OC V.1.5.6.4 but nobody answers my question.

Generally this problem appears when you insert too much invisible content at page start. You can check our official demo page speed insights and there is no such warning:

This is by far the best Opencart theme I have ever purchased both in the design and the usage. Cannot fault it in anyway. Great work!
Customer support is everything, and I am quite satisfied with the support I have received.
The quality of design and implementation of code were already there, hence why i bought the theme, but the customer support is one of those things you experience AFTER the purchase.
I am happy to rate this one with 5 stars as I am quite satisfied with my purchase,
