Judging from the screenshot attached, I can recommend you refer to widgets section, there you will find the needed ones which are being used in your footer.

I have resent the email several times from 2 different emails (@gmail.com) and I always get this error message. It’s been a week since I bought your theme without being able to use it. What urgent and quick solution can you give me? Because at the moment I am blocked….
Hm, that’s strange since I’ve just sent an email from my gmail account and confirmed that support team has received my email. So, there seems to be an issue on your end. Ok, please create a user within your WordPress dashboard and assign the support email. After this support team will reset the password and will be able to login and install the required plugin for you. Hope this helps.

It’s done. In doubt I still sent the email from a 3rd email address and same result, after 48h I received an error email. I don’t know if the mail arrives at its destination (but if it does, it’s not processed) but a warning message 48 hours later seems strange. I’m still getting “missing svg icon please install” msg after installing packaged SVG icons. Please help.
Also please note all CWS plugin folders are visible. eg http://yoursitename/wp-content/plugins/cws-svgicons/ This is easily avoided by adding an empty index file in each folder. Suppose to be a standard practice for plugin development. No?

Hello Rosi, thanks for asking. 1) the theme doesn’t have a built-in functionality of this kind, so you’ll need to use a third-party plugin. 2) we can’t say for sure since we didn’t test it with the mentioned plugin. I assume you should not have any problems with this theme and the mentioned plugins, otherwise we will refund it. Buy with confidence.

Hello, I purchased your theme via envatoelements.com I was assured by Envato I would NOT need a purchase code, but now when I install your theme it asks me for purchase code to active and install demo data. I can’t submit support request on site due to no purchase code as well… Please assist me with this matter.
