Today i bought the theme but unable to activate it is showing ” ERROR IN PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST” . Already raised the ticket. Please fix the issue. need to complete the website
It has been almost 24 hours and I am not able to activate them. And without it I would not be able to use it. What is the logic of theme activation when all the users are required to request you for this.This thing has wasted my 1 day.

Hi there,
I purchased the Tripzia – Immigration Consulting WordPress Theme, I installed the WordPress and activated the theme but could not load demo data.
I have sent couple of messages and I was asked to send the WP admin; I have done that and yet nothing has been done. This is day 3 no assistance and I am hanging here.
Please suggest how to fix this issue so that I can move. I am supposed to have delivered on the project since yesterday.

Hi there,
I purchased the Tripzia – Immigration Consulting WordPress Theme, I installed the WordPress and activated the theme on DEMO directory. There was some issues with setup so I deleted the directory.
I created fresh directory with fresh WordPress setup. I installed the theme again and tried to activate it but now it is not getting activated. I am getting error message “Purchase code already used”. I am not using this theme anywhere else.
Please suggest how to fix this issue so that I could activate the theme and create my website.

We are using paid images on our live site so we cannot distribute them with our demo content. So we are using free images replacing all paid images. Also the text content (heading, title, description etc) are the same as our live site.
