If I remember correctly, I bought the Theme in 2014 or 2015. The thing is, I haven't used it even once. I will never be able to use it. At that time, you had the right to support for 1 year. I showed the error in this video for 1 year and they were never helpful. Support is zero. Right or drag method does not work well. :) It will be almost 10 years. I wonder if they will fix this bug.

Looks weird, after a good start the stop to reply me to tickets, i bought this theme since 4 months ago; but this is not the main problem (and i pay also for the costumer extension support).

Also the documentation dont looks soo detailed, im using a lot the docs because its more quick to fix the customization issue.

Theme its ok and definitely there are not too many theme for media showcase and also with nice feature but bugged, some plugin that are included or some feature that theme used, interact with plugin that are obsolete or without support (removed from wordpress due security reason).

Also this theme its not fully compatible with several (popular) plugins like Rank Math SEO, and this is pretty bad.

I will change my review to 5 stars after the (soon) promised update, because this theme definitely need a quick code refreshing.

Complete lack of support.
Please stay away from this developer.

Looks like shit after installing

It was a great theme until woocommerce updated to 5.3 and then my shopping cart didn't work. I had to move on to another theme that worked.

Trying to see if this is a bug. I updated to TrueMag 4.3.2 and I noticed that Video series page is not working. It does not load the default video, and when you click on a different video does nothing.
