you should enable putting on SWITCH between “provider” and “customer”. it would be ridiculous for a user to have 2 separate accounts. Currently, If a user registers for a “provider” account; then the same email cannot be registered as “customer” as the email address has already been registered; so then, he will be prompted for another different email account.

the theme’s purpose is actually good.. but it really lacks functionalities that are supposed to be basic. till now I was not able to launch because of these.. and my client is starting to back out.

This theme has many bugs and not stable! first if download the WordPress file from EnvatoMarket , you will get v1.0.1 … if you download all files, you get a theme ZIP file that only can be uploaded through FTP.

also, the stripe payment gateway by WooCommerce is not working on this theme due to conflict in theme, while another Stripe checkout plugins works fine.

the registration model is basic, even basic validation of email is not there …

pricing per hour, commission setup, multi-currency … all is missing in this theme

the focus of the developer is the theme design is good and but lack of many functionalities.

support: i would like refund as this theme is not uploading, and please not answer me download the latest theme, as first you go and do your job and check what you have uploaded on envatomarket !!! and if working with latest releases of wordpress , woocommerce and stripe !

we are having a couple problems with bugs and features in this template. The biggest right now is the fact that if you are a provider and you have more than 9 services, you can’t view them in “My services” menu, since there are only 9 services visible and no way how to view more – no pagination, scrolling or other way. Our client has currently 106 services and he needs to edit them in the “My services” menu since there are different things you can edit in the “My services” menu and in the menu “All services” in the Wordpress administration. Could you please fix this?
