the theme has not been updated in 2 years thus it does not work with WP anymore, its a loss.
the seller has refused to answer any comments in a year.
the seller has abandoned it.
Not any updates. not any response. Poor service.

No one has responded for months. Why does Envato allow this?
It is useless to renew the support. Very sad. It's shame for the developer. I had to write a solution in the post to help others.
Simple theme that does the job and is loading fast.

Extremely SLOW to update when critical errors need to be addressed. case in point the update to a working version: 1.3.8 to the broken version 1.3.9 in which the main page default side bar was clearly internally broken and could not be adjusted or changed from the theme interface or dashboard. See my posted comment and the slow follow-up by the Author Team.
The Author response was to post an update several hours after the issue was identified. This did not happen and it took several days for a response comment to be posted with little details except a link to change some folders.
In the interim, I dowloaded the working version 1.3.8 and replaced the defective 1.3.9 in order to correct the issue. Support basically sucks and should be more responsive to PAID customers of this theme.
I will NOT order again from this author and suggest you look elsewhere for better customer response and support, especially when critical issues NEED to be FIXED within a reasonable and STATED time frame.
Great theme design, great support. Recommend if you have very basic WP knowledge.

Thank you for your review. Analysing your support request we see you're beginner with WordPress. Your current skills not enough even for working with standard WordPress admin panel such as menu etc. Therefore you could mention the theme style or color scheme, but not code quality because you're not developer at all and very far from coding. The theme was created in accordance with WordPress standards and TF standards, and working fine on thousands websites. Anyway it's your experience with theme as WordPress newbie and we're sorry you have not satisfied.
