Overall this is a great value and an awesome looking theme. Great options and flexibility. Works super well with the visual editor, especially the most recent version. Thank you!

The only thing that at this point holds me back from giving it a 5 star is performance and in particular mobile performance. The best I can get it is to rate at around 60% which is not good at all for mobile with Google PageSpeed. These days, we must expect a little more and it's really not a huge effort to get it to a higher level.

Note: I'm happy to work with the author to help them improve this particular element of the theme.

very poor customer support. purchaed the theme raised 3 quesitions it has being over 20 hours no responce.

We're very sorry for the delay. You sent your questions on Saturday in the morning, but our support team works from Monday to Friday, so they replied to your questions as soon as it was possible - on Monday morning. All questions were answered, please check your ticket number #2162. Normally we reply to support tickets in less than 24 hours (usually much faster).

Non existent support (for a release update question only) !!! This is the worst support on TF.
This author filtering questions with no regard to the importance of a simple question when it comes to an e-commerce.
25 days after asking the question sill no answer!!!

For quick support and assistance, you can always contact our support team through our support website: https://support.infortis-themes.com (you can sign in with one click using your ThemeForest account). You will always receive answers within 24 hours (usually much faster).

I'm sorry but we don't provide support through ThemeForest's comments any more. The comments system doesn't offer basic features (e.g. we don't get notifications about your comments) so it's useless as a support channel. That's why we use our own support website which is much more convenient for users, e.g. support requests are organized in threads (tickets), you can attach screenshots etc.

Regarding your question about the update: that major update with tons of new features was released in May and is ready for download on your account. Now we're working on another updates.
