I’m experiencing several issues with the theme I purchased and I would like to communicate them to the theme author. Firstly, my purchase code is not working. Additionally, the demo content gets stuck at 98% during the import process and doesn’t complete. Furthermore, the product pages are not functioning properly, and the JS remote files are not being loaded. The theme is not working correctly as expected.
I need the assistance of the theme author to resolve these problems and fix the theme.
I am disappointed that the theme is not working, and I require the theme author’s help to address this situation. If we are unable to resolve the issues, I request a refund for the cost of the theme.

Could you please elaborate what kind of issues are you experiencing with your purchase code? We assume that you’ve managed to register it since you have performed demo import.
If the demo import reached 98% this usually means that only sliders haven’t been imported, however, they can be imported separately. See one-click import → Bonus tips.
The issue on product pages is due to the recent changes in WooCommerce. You can downgrade plugin to some previous version or submit a ticket at our Help Center and they will assist you to resolve this with custom css. The Drop down cart on mobile is obstructed and aligned too far to the left, it’s cut off from complete view. The drop down is a nice feature for mobile customers so we need it to align center on mobile. Is there a piece of CSS snippet that can correct this? The navigation ( Hamburger) trigger is obviously hindering it being that it’s to the extreme right, but? We need this to align properly.
Second: Is there a way to adjust the side padding on the mobile header? We know the desktop header can be adjusted but there is seemingly no way to adjust the mobile headers padding? We’ve submitted a ticket : # 227381

If I purchase this theme then I will need Elementor Pro to import your demo data? or it can be done right after adding purchase code in theme option.
Please be clear do I need to purchase any pro plugin for anything? mostly theme developers doesn’t mention it in description and right after purchase as buyer we come to know that. I had bad experience before.

Please note that there is no need to purchase anything else. After you purchase the theme and install it you can simply import the theme content, and you will get all the content you saw on our live demo.
Also note that any premium WP theme requires a bit more dedicated resources on your server, which is something that’s common among robust and complex themes such as ours. Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.

Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Most options regarding Page Title Not apply on website when changed from core option. Earlier when i bought theme data import was the issue and never resolved and not when i want my website live these kind of bugs are giving pain.

Check do you have the latest version of our theme and all required plugins. Follow this article in order to update them properly. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with the available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.
