Once I downloaded the theme, it instantly didn't work. This is a disappointment as I wanted to start working on our website update and am now unable to. I have put in a ticket, however having errors and not being able to use the theme right away is a HUGE problem when people are paying for a theme.
In short I can can't get a refund because my purchase code is "not valid" so I can submit a ticket and I've found no other way to contact them.
Story in long,
Over all it was not what I was expecting. The load time is slow, the scss is not working with shopify, the products images are showing up with way too low resolution and It's just becoming too much work to fix for what a payed.
I have just finished setting up the Unero theme and I must say I'm very satisfied with it. The design is simple, clean and allows for creation of elegant shop. With a little bit of customisation and great and very prompt help from the Support Team to make some more specific changes, the website now looks exactly how I envisaged it which was very hard to find in many other themes I was looking at.
I have to say big thank you for great work creating this theme and for being so helpful on the support level.

The theme is super versatile and slick. It looks very pro and similar to many sites that we are trying to emulate.
The customer service has been outstanding. Scott has always been quick to reply and even made some changes for me as a collaborator.

If you run a business I can differently not recommend this theme. It’s slow, and it’s have more errors than listed in this ticket.
The mobile design doesn’t follow the laptop design. In the mobile design the two pay-buttons are smashed together without any space.
When the theme are loading in the shopify theme editor it takes between 10-30 seconds to open.
I contacted support with a simple issue 3 days ago. I gave them access to my account, and they/him accepted that, and nothing happened. Now I can not wait for them anymore.. 3 days and they have done nothing..
I’m sorry, this is not worth the money, especially when it not possible to get any help!
I have asked them to get my money back this morning.

The quality of the products (images) are so bad that i can not use the theme I just bought. I have testet Unero-recentproducts and Unero-fullwidth, its the same with both!
- Why are the quality so bad?
- Where can I change it?
Next thing, when I set the menu to right, its only right on a laptop. Not on mobile, really? why!
Next thing, when I install your theme i get an error and i will not disapear!
If you dont have any solution I want my money back! ASP

Love the website design - very customisable and so elegant looking. Building the front page was so easy although it looks like the design is complex. I get compliments on the website all the time so I couldn't be happier.
