I don't provide reviews all that often (even though I've developed several dozen WordPress sites over the past few years), but I want to say that these folks went WAY beyond the call of duty recently and I am really, REALLY impressed!
After purchasing the theme and setting it up well over a year ago, I updated it recently and (for some reason) it broke. I contacted the vendor to ask for help, recognizing that my six month service agreement had expired. However, not only did the vendor still agree to help me, but they had it fixed and back online within just a few hours! The experience sort of restores my faith in humanity (or, at least, with WordPress theme vendors).

It's amazing theme I used it for my customer who has an event management company and need a clean and professional design this theme fullfil his requirements.

Theme will layout and UI looks more pleasant but when it comes to customize the theme it's very difficult and not upto the mark. Visual composer loads very slow and the settings or the process of adding elements/sections to the pages are cumbersome. I would recommend only if you are well-versed with visual composer.
I even don't know whether i would get a refund for that. :(

We regret that you have found the theme customization process too complicated. Visual Composer allows you to manage the content and create catchy elements in a few clicks. Moreover, the item description page contains the information that Visual Composer is included in the package. If there is a need, you may work with shortcodes in the text mode - it will be faster and easier for you if you are used to this option.

We do apologies for inconveniences, however as it's noted on our page, we do not provide support at weekends and had no chance to reply you before. However you can check the ticket replied today and issue you had on your site fixed (there were some files corrupted while uploaded on server). Hope you can change your rating and go on with our theme because there's just some kind of confuse and misunderstanding. Our support staff is always making their best and fastest in customers requests replies during our business days (and also beyond ones if have a chance to do so).
