This theme is very easy to use and the customer support given has been nothing less than fantastic! Also the theme includes a "mega menu" which is better than any I have tried to date. Highly recommend.

Great response rate and very helpful customer support all around, kudos.
The theme is easy to customize and works like a charm, but the support is even better; quick replies and they give solutions that solves the issues in hand. The only time it took a couple of days to get a reply was when a cyclone hit their city, and if that is not a valid reason, nothing is. Can easily recommend this theme to everyone who need a template for their WooCommerce site.
I had many problems and still have with this code, tried to get support from the company but they were unable to provide support that could improve the website speed and usability.
Too bad!!!

This is unfair. You've raised 3 support requests and we've responded to all of them including the one you asked for tips about website speed.
I've clearly explained that your webserver has not installed gzip compression which is the basic requirement to speed up the website.
