The design quality, customization and the regular updates (true to the lifetime update promise) are amazing!

Constantly lied to about updates, deprecated code, zero support, stuck on php 7.4 which is way EOL and now losing rankings in a highly competitive demographic that I have had for years which is costing me 10's of thousands of dollars weekly.

This theme is no longer supported or in any shape or form good for you. Please do not buy. If the author reads this, please provide a simple patch to fix visual editor for the latest php version. It is simply extremly cumbersome and my client is furious.

Never managed to get the theme to its full potential because of its bugs.

I just gave up to it. Support had a difficult time trying to help me.

The template is plagued with coding errors which crashed my WordPress install numerous times, leaving a complete WordPress install as the only way to recover. The template support team tried to fix the problem numerous times and was unsuccessful. After several attempts, their support team requested FTP access to my hosting. I decided that the coding errors demonstrated poor quality coding and were a sign of things to come in the future, so I requested a refund so I could get something else. After more than 2 weeks, the author of the template never responded to the request and discontinued all communications. I strongly recommend against doing business with this developer.

Can't import demo content easily. Lot of bugs. I just spend my money in a bad theme.

At present after paying for support, many issues due to Astra theme damage. Still no solutions on anything

Very useless University Theme you are selling to people. The plugin cpuld not download well and could not be installed on SiteGround WordPress. No wonder you are asking people to pay $50 for your stupid product. I want a refund I am very annoyed. You are a bunch of scammers!

Look at the length of time it takes them to respond to comments. Every link on the documentation page FOR Homepage versions is broken and they are a website development company.

The SUPPORT is "renew your support" in order to have questions answered. If you buy this theme, know there will be a lot of errors and little support.
