customer support is quick and top notch
This theme is not flexible. You have to code most of what you will need. No proper editor, limited options, and even their widget are not editable.

Hi @ oswaldano , May be you are not aware of the new changes by WordPress. The points you mention are related to WordPress but not the theme.
For page editing, You need to install Classic editor plugin to use page builder.
For Widgets editing, You need to install Classic Widgets plugin to use widgets.
I hope this will help and you will remove this bad rating now.
