i install and activate my theme on my domain some how wordpress start creating some issue soo i uninstall the wordpress from cpanel and reinstall it but now theme is saying…

When I open the (test) website https://ewacwikla.nl/theme in my mobile (Galaxy S22 Ultra with Chrome browser + Edge) the Landing Page Strips Slideshow shows 1/2 of Slide 1 and 1/2 of Slide 2 image. On desktop everything looks fine. How to solve this? I use version 2.0.8

Secondly I cannot deregister Theme because of no Connection and Wrong Domain. I registered the theme several times on the same domain (bnut different sub map) due to testing purposes but now it will not deregister. Can you deregister the Thema please?

Hi, just installed the theme and having problems… I imported the demo content and started to make it my own, BUT CodeSymbol Page Builder is just “loading”.... nothing happens. What is wrong? What can I do? I have the newest version of wordpress and all plugins.

I’m having issues with the displaying of the “Theme Options” tab under the Uno menu. It looks all wrong, I tried on Safari and Chrome. My installation of the template is correct and I’ve installed all the plugins. What can be wrong and how to fix it?

Please remove the current theme and download and new fresh copy from your downloads tab and install it.

I’ve just upgraded unoversion v.2.0.6. Before I had the version 1.3.10. But the problem I have since the upgrade is that all the contents of my version 1.3.10 aren’t supported by the latest version. Is there any possibility to fix this problem ?

The theme’s structure has been completely changed after v2.0.

All the plugins have been replaced with new ones. All pages now have to be built using the new page builder plugin.

So in order to update from versions older than v2.0 you’d have to completely rebuild your website because your content uploaded using the old plugins won’t be compatible with the new page builder.

We know it’s a huge step but it’s totally worth it, as the page builder will offer you unlimited possibilities, and it’s compatible with the latest WordPress version.

Please take some time to read the documentation to guide you through the process.

About 6 years ago you wrote that you would add support for WooCommerce but in this new february 2022 update there still is no Woocommerce support. Do you think this will happen in the very near future? That’ll be nice. :-)

We could add this feature but most probably on mid June, IGWI.

Malheureusement beaucoup trop de bug rencontrés dans la construction des contenus et toutes les modifications faites en back office ne sont pas enregistrées. J’ai envoyé de nombreuses captures d’écran à l’auteur pour preuve des nombreux problèmes rencontrés. Par ailleurs, le back office n’est pas optimisé en responsive, il est parfois impossible d’enregistrer une modification. Il est impossible de travailler sérieusement sur ce thème, j’abandonne ! Je regrette mon achat et je souhaite un remboursement rapidement. Merci

Hi, We are setting up a new page with this theme now and there are a lot of problems. Every time we edit a line, etc the old versions are lost. I am working with a developer here who is setting up the theme, so he told me to contact you since this problems are not normal.

Please head to the “Portfolio Settings” section at the bottom of the project page and click on “Thumbnail Settings”, then upload the image for the selected type. Like shown in the documentation.

A customer asked us to check his WP site because of some problems with portfolio / projects. Project Thumbnails are not shown anymore. We now saw that website is based on UNO – didn’t use this theme up to now. Html Code of the portfolio page differs from your demo page. Demo page shows thumbnails in a normal figure tag: <figure>\\</figure>

I bought your theme yesterday and I am now installing it. So after I installed everything I found out that I basically CAN’T use your template… My Provider somehow has defined the PHP limit to 1 and PHP Memory Limit of 128 MB and you won’t let me import any of the demofiles because of that… Right, thats awesome… I paid 43 $ to get stuck with a blank page… AWESOME -.

If a gallery-page uses attachment categories for filtering in isotope then it’s possible that these categories exceeds the linesize. Especially on a mobile. In Projects it works fine.

Also make sure you delete the old theme’s plugins and install the updated ones.
