Every few weeks the theme change some Theme options on it´s own. Like disabling global comments on my site. If I want to change it it says: "There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page." So my readers can not comment!
Sorry to hear that you're having issues - this sounds like a plugin or setup issue. If you could please ask us for support rather than leave a bad review before asking for help? If you send us a link/login here: https://themeforest.net/user/swiftideas we'll be happy to help..
SwiftIdeas is such an awesome developer with solid coding for an extremely versatile theme. I only use their products for my design business. Their support and products make me and my business look good. Thanks guys!
We've been using the Swift Ideas themes for several years now and it is by far the best solution we've found to service small business clients or businesses that don't have massive budgets for a custom website. The Swift Framework makes it extremely easy to implement great looking page designs while ensuring that updates can be made incredibly quickly to accommodate changing marketing and content needs.
On top of all this, the incredibly reliable customer support team is very responsive and when we do run into snags, they are there within 24 hours with a fix or adjustment so we can achieve the look, feel, and functionality we need. The themes are also very well supported with regular updates so we know that the theme base code will always work with new updates to WordPress and security vulnerabilities.
Overall - we simply won't use other themes when working with clients to build out their web presence. If we don't have the budget to support a custom build, this is our go-to source.
I've been using the Uplift Theme for over a year now and it's worked beautifully for our company. Since I'm not an "expert" in all things WordPress, I have depended on the Uplift support team many times to help me work out formatting and other questions. They're always helpful in solving the problem and answering my questions (usually just because of my lack of technical knowledge). We look forward to continuing in our relationship with ThemeForest. Thanks folks!
