I've had support ticket open for several months, and even though I've provided the issue several times, they keep re-asking for the information. Been responding on the ticket for weeks with no response again. I cannot edit my website due to an issue with the theme.

A quality, flexible and totally customisable theme that works wit all the latest plugins and PHP?WP verisons.
The Customer Support
Now, this is truly remarkable. I have bought hundreds of themes over the years, and customer support has varied. After sals support, I would argue, is more important than the theme itself and I have ben BLOWN AWAY by the support this team has afforded me,
I have had questions and requests THAT I WANT, not that there's anything wrong with the theme and EVERY request has been met and implemented. I can't think anyone esle who's paid this much attention to their customers.
I work in the service industy and its rare to get customer sevrice like this, so I will be suporting them going forward with ALL thier themes.
