My features boxes keep reverting back to the original images and aren’t being saved. Even when I save and update they revert back.

Noticed on the link, video and comment page the post header is the link etc. However, there is no way to add any kind of description, text or content to that page – is it a template issue? or is there a way to add content to those post pages?
Link and quote post formats don’t have any description, because it is simply unneeded in them. In standard and other post formats description can be added. You can see all post formats examples on the News page on our demo site.
I have the child theme installed, I dont know if I installed this when importing the demo or not. will there be any issues using the child theme instead of the parent?
Child theme is installed automatically, when you use auto setup function. There won’t be any issues with it. On the contrary, it is advantage. You can read more about child theme in this article https://crumina.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001964231-Parent-and-Child-themes .
1) Can you confirm AdSense compatibility? I know it’s pretty much compatible with most themes.. I just want to know if you’re aware of any issues with this theme specifically.
2) Is there a way to add a Pixel Union Token for the “Main Widget Area”? When placed through the “add element” UI, the instagram widget works perfectly, however, when adding an instagram widget to the widget area, the photos fail to populate.
1. Yes, Adsense can be used with this theme. We haven’t noticed any issues with it.
2. As far as we understand Pixel Union is a theme developer, as well as we are. However we are not acquainted with their products and services and can’t advise on this question. We recommend you to use a native Instagram widget that you will find in Appearance>Widgets section of the Utouch theme. As for Pixel Union services, we’d recommend you to contact them directly. I’m sure they can better assist you on this matter.

When will the update to the new version be available in the theme?

Next week we will release another update with additional improvements and purchase code validation feature. And it will be available on auto updater.

Sorry for delay! We’ve tested purchase code validation on another theme, it works ok, so in few days we will add it to Utouch also, after this auto update will be available again.
How to show information in popup. Like if I want users to click on a button, how do I have the information show in a popup instead of taking them to a new page?
There is not such functionality in the theme at the moment, so I’d recommend you to search for some plugin that could meet your requirements. But thank you for suggestion, I’ll note this to our ‘to do’ list and maybe we will add this feature in future updates.

hey – great theme. Quick question. I have a new install running your demo content and I am noticing some weird ajax php calls for images. they are having an adverse impact on load time and they are not needed requests.

Yes, that was a bug of KingComposer but they fixed it in the last versions. If you have the latest version installed, try to re-upload row background images and if the issue still remains, please submit a ticket here – it is our new support system (in test mode at the moment) and we will find a solution.

2. Also, are you using any third party plugins that I need to worry about getting updating them down the line?
1. The theme is stable. Today we updated it and moved theme updates to a new system. So in process some users get a little inconvenience with theme updating. It was related only to the existent users. And our support service tries to resolve that issues as fast as possible.
2. All third party plugins in the theme are stored in the official WordPress repository and can be updated automatically or in manual mode from standard WordPress admin dashboard.
Hi there, regarding to the utouch wordpress template, why after i edit the content, afterward i want to save it, it appear 404 not found.
Probably this issue is connected to your server settings. Please ask your hosting support if there some restrictions for admin-ajax or other additional security or ask him for an error.log.
