Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. Thanks for the quick answer! Just so we understand each other correctly: Although the theme hasn’t had an update since April 2019, is it compatible with the current WordPrss version (5.4.)? The Covid-19 situation is only current since March 2020 and the theme has not been updated since April 2019. It’s a pity, we really like it, but we don’t want to use an old unmaintained theme.

You should know that this is our demo website of the theme which demonstrate a certain design, however the as for the Single Portfolio images it really depends on what dimensions you upload them. So you may upload images that have portrait dimensions for sure. https://www.screencast.com/t/Kn07XkVl6M4a

Also Portfolio Single pages comes with different layout templates which you can choose from as it is shown here. These layouts comes with specific styles that you can see on our demo page > Portfolio > Single Types, as well as you always have an option to choose a Custom Portfolio type and build your own layout with help of our shortcodes and WPBakery plugin.

When it comes to Portfolio Lists you may find our settings for it in Elated Options > Portfolio where you will be able to choose different dimension to be displayed on your Portfolio List as it is here.

“Beauty awaits within” is just a title for the slider, it can be changed to your desire or removed completely. Password-protected galleries are not included inside theme’s default functionalities, so you’d have to search for some 3rd party asset to achieve this.

Doesn’t look like support has a category for Vakker anymore. So my purchase code will not work when I submit a ticket.

To use WPBakery we have to update to 5.5.5 which requires purchase.

The page elements still work if you import all the demo content, but to create pages from scratch, it doesn’t seem to work. You can’t access the custom shortcodes​ . . .

If you want to edit and change the demo imported pages, the page crashes.

Themes are not sorted alphabetically, but according to their release date.

If you still can’t find theme on the list you should log out from your Themeforest account and try to Submit a ticket through incognito mode in browser.

There’s no need to log in to forum, just hit “Submit a ticket” button and enter your purchase code.

To update premium bundled plugin such as WPBakery, submit a ticket to our forum and our agents will provide you with one.
