Did that already, actually i fixed the issue. I was using a child theme when that issue happen. I decided to use the original theme and it’s working now. I was using the child theme you included in the package can you please check that and see why it’s not working. Thanks.

We’ve fixed that issue already and uploaded to theme forest. Waiting for their approvals. If you check the notification option for our theme in your downloads page, you’ll receive update notification in your mail!

Please advice what to do?
This issue may be because of uploading theme from your server or FTP. Most of time it’s about permission issue. Please make sure your file permission as 644 and folder permission as 755.
If that is not with that permission, you’ve to set that by manually in each file and folder inside files too. That takes lots of time.
So, kindly delete our theme and upload it again from : Appearance > Themes.
I need help
I want to some changes in services section so the custom function file is located at wp-content\themes\valise\includes\lib/custom-functions.php
So how can i modify services function?
if i can edit the main valise theme so after updating the newest version i will lose my changes
There is no way to add that file in our child theme, because it’s in our custom folder path.
You can edit that file, if we update anything within that file we’ll let you know. Otherwise you can replace that edited files in each of our theme updates.

Valise is a multipage WordPress theme. It’s not have one page functionality.

My theme has always been working fine, only since a few weeks my portfolio page does not seem to work anymore. I created a page with some intro text and the portfolio code in it so it shows the portfolio items in 3 columns. I have no problem with creating the portfolio items, they just don’t show on my page.
The page always worked before, and my Wordpress version and plugins are all updated.

But there is no update available. There are only updates of the other themes but not my current theme the Valise one. How do I update?
This update will not show within your admin dashboard. Because, it’s a premium theme from themeforest server.
