Hello, seems you didn’t upload slider in your site. You will find it in the theme package folder. All of our current demo is made with elementor. So, if the style is missing, then it can be happen for 2 reason. It may be your server permission issue or layout style is not properly imported.
If your site have permission issue then below link will be helpful for you.

1. Update the theme guide… now it just creates confusion.
2. Update the items details page… Now WPBackery is not included, why give false information?

Hello, I am really sorry for this. This suppose not to be happen. Our all demos are suppose to imported perfectly. We test it several time in our end and we also test it before we release any version. There might be permission issue in you end. Because permission is the one of the main reason to break style.
If it doesn’t solve your problem then drop a line email@example.com with your purchase details. I will ask my support dev regarding this issue. If we find something related this we will reply that ticket ASAP.

I paid for this theme and when I tried to import the demo it said most the files already existed, so I visited the site and it was filled with html code and ‘vc.custom’ code. The import did not work, please help!!!
Also I think this error occurs because I do not have Visual Composer, but there is no mention of visual composer in the theme documentation it says it is compatible with Elementor so this situation is very confusing for me.

There is a theme option panel inside dashboard named Valley Options. Go through Dashboard > Valley Option menu ( bottom of dashboard page ) > Choose header . You will get the option to upload logo over there. Please drop a line email@example.com with your purchase details for more query. thanks.
