Hi we had purchased the landing page theme but it has been deleted and a new version seems to have been put up for sale…..why did we lose our download capability of the newer updated version? or even to download the old theme at all…..please resolve this issue for our account…thank you.
i am having issues with this file displaying online when i upload it. it displays properly on my local host but when i upload through cpanel, it does not. i have never had this issue before and i am sure i am following the right protocol to upload. i have tried this on 2 different servers multiple times and still got the same error.

They are both showing a 404 which should not be so.
hello i am yet to get a reply on this. if you the website can’t display online then i have no use for it and will require a refund.
