Please note that WPBakery does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

Once checking your site we do see that you have an outdated version of the theme, yours is 1.0 and the latest one is 1.4 so I would kindly ask you to update your theme according to our article here. Also, you can try to reset your Permalinks in Settings > Permalinks.
As well as another thing I came upon is that you are using some 3rd party plugins, so I would as well ask you to deactivate those to see is possibly some of them are in conflict with the theme, as you should know that we have not tested those plugins and cannot guaranty compatibility.

If the update of a theme is preformed correctly you should not have any issue with it. So please check if you have updated both the theme and its plugins.
I can still see that you both have the theme version of 1.0 and Vardo Core plugin 1.0. So please update your theme regarding to the guidance you were provided with.

Hi, yeah, well, WordPress sent me an email that there was a fatal error (Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘VardoQodefWidget’ not found) with your theme after I had updated the theme according to your instructions. Because of that fatal error, I cannot log into my WordPress account to update the plugins. Anyway, my support expired; will your support team be able to help with this issue if I renew my support?

Please update your theme and theme plugin by following these steps:
Download the latest theme .zip file from ThemeForest
Extract it and locate vardo.zip
Extract vardo.zip and locate the vardo folder
Copy/Replace the contents of the vardo folder to the /wp-content/themes/vardo folder of your web site.
You need to delete the core plugin before updating the theme. If it still breaks, you need to delete the core plugin manually from your server. If the site remains broken, you then start deleting all theme plugins one by one until your site comes back up, then install the new versions of the deleted plugins.

Hi team, ever since I’ve updated my theme, my portfolio items don’t work anymore. I can still see them on the main page but whenever I click on one of the portfolio items, I get redirected to the 404 page. Any idea how to fix this?

1. Can I use a svg file for my logo instead of png?
2. Is there a way to add sizes to the logo and even padding around the logo? Right now I feel like my logo is too crushed to the borders.

Thank you for choosing our theme!
1. This is possible with some third party plugin, because by default WordPress doesn’t allow usage of the svg’s. For our themes we suggest usage of png file format for logo graphic.
2. You can simply edit your logo and leave empty transparent space on sides where you want it, or our support can suggest some css code for this purpose, and you can contact them by submitting a ticket at https://select.ticksy.com/
3. Official page builder that we use in all our themes is WP Bakery Page Builder, and we integrated all our custom shortcodes for it. Certainly you can probably use some other page builders, but there won’t be support for our custom elements within them, so you will have to rely on their pre made elements. At this time we don’t have plans for extending support for other page builders.

I may renew my support but this seems like it might be a theme issue or something I’m not catching, perhaps you can shed some light? All the products I create have blurry side images, I haven’t edited the shop or product page so I don’t know why it’s showing like this. I even created a brand new product and used the theme images that work on your display.

Since WooCommerce 3.3, the plugin author changed how thumbnails are rendered, which is why they’re appearing different on your site from our demo. Please try adding the following code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

Your theme (Vardo) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
