I am using your theme with the extra variation plugin and the product options do not change with product level variations. Is there anyway you could help? The plugin developers have said “It is from your theme, your theme changing Woocommerce-Product-Gallery with woo-product-gallery, unfortunately we can’t change anything about it cause we have to stick with WooCommerce defaults.”
Can we disable the product gallery you are using? Thanks

I purchased this theme quite a while ago and cannot afford to renew support, but I’m hoping you will help anyway because of an obvious issue with the logo that should not happen. After uploading the logo (especially with Demo 11) that I want to use stretched too much when it finally appeared. Otherwise it will not appear on desktops. Can you please help? This is very strange. Hi, first of all I really like your theme and styling.
Everything works fine, except the Instagram feed feature. Is there a way for you to fix it or is it due to changes from Instagram? I also checked your demo site, it’s not loading the feed.

Firstly thank you for interested the theme and for you this problem – Unfortunately, Instagram removed API v1 and replaced it with Facebook API. We are working on the new version of the theme to fix this. And the next version of the theme will be released on this weekend.

Does this theme support ajax search (live search)? I tested some demos and found only simple search. Or do you have an workaround for this?

I love your theme and and have it all set up and looking great… Congratulations on such a well thought out theme! Your theme options are great and easy to use too 
I discovered it on envato elements – sadly I don’t get support because of this. I wondered, however, if you would mind answering a question for me?
I notice that the basket is called “cart” and would like to rename it to “basket” throughout the site (within the main menu, the cart flyout and anywhere else it is coded into). Is there an easy option to do this (I have been looking through all the theme options).
I am using your included child theme so can add customisations there but wouldn’t know where to begin!
Your help is much appreciated and fully understand if you can’t help here!

1) For “la-cart-text” – please update the theme to latest version and you will change it on the theme settings ( Appearance -> Theme Options -> Header – Elements )
2) For “cart-flyout__heading” do the same with that article, and here is custom php code

Thank you once again for your time. I really appreciate it and for the theme update
I updated to the latest version by deleting the old theme files and uploading the new version, followed Appearance -> Theme Options -> Header – Elements but the changes didn’t appear. Have I updated incorrectly?
I noticed adding the code in functions.php for child theme alters the word in Dashboard -> Pages but not front end for btn-clear-cart or cart-flyout__heading.
I tried clearing my browser cache and refreshing permalinks incase they were the problem but that didn’t work.
Is there anything else I can try?

1) Customer Support via Ticksy? What time zone are you in so I can have an idea of the response time and when to submit my ticket, etc.
2) Your last theme update was April 29, does it have the latest components to run with the latest WP and WooCommerce?
3) Product Catalog, I noticed the default 3D show hover effect: https://prnt.sc/o84u64 – Can this be changed? Let me know if there’s different effect options.
4) View Cart Widget, only from the right sliding panel? https://prnt.sc/o84uub – Is there an option for a more compact dropdown from the top corner of the cart icon or something?
5) Footer Section – How come your preview shows a style at 100% to the edges? https://prnt.sc/o85086 – Is there an option to have the margins match the Header for example? https://prnt.sc/o850qf – It looks odd with the footer stretch to the edges.
6) I plan to use the WooCommerce Composite Products plugin, you happen to know if this theme is 100% compatible? I noticed on other themes this plugin tends to change the styling of the product page once activated and also in the cart page. If so, are you able to help me with some CSS to fix it so the style stays consistent with your default page styling?

2) No worries about that because the theme is working well with WordPress and WooCommerce latest version
3) The theme support 4 grid options to display the products, you can see it on the theme options panel http://prntscr.com/o86l2z
4) Unfortunately, the theme has no option to change this but I can help you to change this
5) To do that, you enable the header & footer 100% with on the theme options panel
6) No problem, I can help you fix it if you create a new ticket on the support page

Hi, Thanks for the response. Some follow up questions:
1) Any individual demo pages I can view and use? So I don’t have to build it from scratch. I’m only seeing 2 About Us pages on your demo. What about for Services, Gallery, FAQ, Testimonials, etc.?
2) How does the Order Tracking feature work? Don’t I need a plugin for that? The WooCommerce My Account page doesn’t allow tracking on a product I don’t think.
3) I see you have the Look Book link on the main menu, but no demo slider/page for a Look Book? Or was that just a custom link as an example only?
