Hello, could you check if you have any other Core Plugin?, for example if you have Maktub Functions disable it and then try installing your new Theme.
Other options is to disable all plugins before installing.

Hi, I’m a very satisfied customer. There’s only a little bug in the backend, since last update: the number 1 at the right of menu “Estudio Patagon”, never goes away… and it’s quite annoying.

Hi, I updated to v. 2.6.0 of the Veen theme, but the very annoying number 1 at the right of menu “Estudio Patagon” in the dashboard is still there. After the update, I opened all the EP dashboard pages, I logout and login, cleared the cache, but the number won’t go away. May you fix it, please? Thank you.
Hi, that’s strange it was removed on the latest version.
Could you check if Veen functions plugin version is equal to 2.6.0 or greater? maybe is just related to that, so i would recommend to remove that plugin and re-install from Appearance -> install plugins.

No sorry, that feature is not included with the theme.
But there are a lot of plugins to do that: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/coming+soon/ that you can remove it after finishing your website.

I turn off the feature ‘Enable Tagline Below logo’ when I choose to have a logo but the theme still displays the tagline anyway – is this a bug in the latest version?
Hello, i just checked the option and it works without issues, so probably is something related to your installation only.
Just ensure you have the latest version: 2.5.3 same for veen functions plugin.

Is 2.5.3 available as a manual update?
Sorry for the incorrect information, latest version is the same as changelog (2.5.2).
I would recommend to replace manually the theme (download from Themeforest and install the original files).
Otherwise, edit manually veen/partials/header.php
If nothing works, we will require you to open a new ticket on our forum https://estudiopatagon.ticksy.com/ because it is something related to your installation only.

2.- You can add tiktok as social profile.

I cant not activate my theme. It was activated and now I try to update the theme and i cant.

I’m working on this theme for a client, amazing theme by the way… I’m having an issue with the tagline showing all the time how can I fix that?? The tagline only shows when I have an image logo but when I have a text logo it’s fine… Could you please guide me on how this can be fixed?
