Abit complicated to use. Response previously was fast but this month it took over 2 weeks to get a reply.

I apologize for this inconvenience because recently WordPress has released version 5.0 so we have spent the whole time updating the theme for compatibility with it. And we also get a lot of support requests from people. That's why we can not answer you as quickly as we used to, but we did not leave it for more than 2 days.
