is it support RTL?

Thank you for your question. Currently it is not available, but it is on our todo list. We already changed some elements to RTL ready (e.g. menu) but we will need more time to adjust other pages / sections.

Thank you for your email. We do not have any estimation about RTL compatibility release. This can be very time consuming to adjust every module so it is very hard to estimate. Currently we are focused on some other part of website (e.g. Date Field / Private Message System / Map Search). When we finish it we will strongly consider more code related to RTL. I am very sorry it is not ready yet.

We are currently building support center here: support.vehicatheme.com – you can find there first ~30 articles about Vehica and each day we add new. Since next update we will also implement some of the documentation articles link inside Vehica Panel to make it easier to find.

hi, is it possible to put a tag “PUBLISH” by choosing “FREE Listing” when the user publishes his car? currently it only appears as FREE, but I want it to have a legend that says “RESERVED AGENCIES”

Thank you for your question. There is one global option “Moderation” In the Vehica Panel – if you check it, all listings need to approved by admin first. Do you have moderation on or off?

If you wish to add some kind of additional text to “Free Listing” card please contact our developers via support@vehicatheme.com and we will help you. Please send us some kind of print screen where exactly you wish to have it and WordPress link / admin login and password.

Hello, is it possible to create different countries databases for car listings, secondly, is there an in built plugin that creates different payment packages for auto dealers?

Hello, is it possible to use WPML to convert in multilanguage? I don’t need Submit vehicle users option. Is it possible only to use 2 languages? Thank you

Thank you for your question. I am very sorry but currently we officially do not support WPML. We’ve seen some clients that used it in the past WPML Multilingual CMS and it was possible to translate search form fields / options, all texts / listings / pages. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee more advanced compatibility (editing listings in 2 languages etc.).

First of all congratulations for the great job, I would like to know .. 1- if the dealer’s logo would appear on the main card 2- and you can create pages for each resale with only your cars too. Thank you very much

1. Currently we do not support this function but we have it on our todo list. It is hard to estimate time when it will be ready but probably not faster than 60 days, because we are currently focused on developing other functions (e.g. map search, private message system)

2. Yes, you can do it. Each user has its own page ( e.g. https://demo.vehicatheme.com/user/george/ ) and also alternatively you can create new custom field: taxonomy in the Vehica Panel > Custom Fields -> “Reseller”.

If you have more time you can create new Elementor page for each reseller and present there more information e.g. open hours / gallery / video and add listings that are assigned to this user.

Hello, I understand that I can use a map to indicate the location, but in the individual car view card “it is not visible” on the “PUBLISH LISTING” page you have the option to mark the location on the map, I would like you to see a fragment of the map with the location of the seller, how can I make this map look like? thanks!

Thank you for your question. We can add next week new Elementor widget for Single Vehicle Page – “User Location (Google Map)” and also this option to set in the user profile.

Do we understand correctly this option you need? User (e.g. Dealer) will add location in the profile and then it can be displayed on the vehicle page. Please confirm if I understand correctly or provide more information.

We tried to recreate this bug on (!1) “homepage headings” (2) “Vehica Panel > Translate & Rename” and (3) “Vehica Panel > Basic Setup – About” and & was saved correctly. Please provide little more information where you have this bug and we will help you. I am sorry for the problem with Vehica.

How do I edit or disable different authors

Can you please provide more information about problem? We will do our best to help you.

You can edit users in the /wp-admin/ > Users . Registration is disabled by default in the Vehica Panel so none can register until you allow in Vehica Panel > User Panel > Registration. Please provide little more information and we will help you.

And I bought this theme with hope that everything will run seamless without issues, this is the second theme am buying in a week.

I dont know why the car pictures kept on disappearing, I have to go and update it again before it could start showing again

And I have launched the website without knowing that it has such issues.

1. How to increase font size of user-provided text in the “Description” section in car/product’s page? I’d like to do this in a “future compatible” way.

2. Possible now to use specific font not listed in Google font drop menu? I would love to use any one of the following fonts, if possible: Malgun Gothic (normal or semi-light) Segoe UI (normal or semi-light) Leelawadee (normal or semi-light)

Hi TangibleDesign Team, is it possible to create different layout for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile? When using Elementor and viewing my desired layout in Desktop view, it’s great… but when I go to Tablet view and Mobile view, there is too much whitespace on top, just under the main header. It seems that any changes affect all three views, so I must be doing something wrong. Your guidance as to how to save a layout separately for each viewport would be greatly appreciated. I love your Vehica theme, and am learning every day… with your excellent and valuable guidance. :)

Hello, If you mean registration / login using facebook and google, we will introduce this functionality soon. In a few weeks at most.

At the moment, we do not have an integration with external plugins and we do not plan such integration because we will add this function ourselves.

Hi, I sent a ticket reporting a problem in the dropdown fields, I even sent my FTP access, and after checking, I can see that the problem is only the child theme, the parent theme does NOT present that problem, but I can no longer add comments to the ticket, Could you help me? thanks
