Your images have different sizes. You can use “Ajax Thumbnail Rebuild” (https://wordpress.org/plugins/ajax-thumbnail-rebuild/) plugin.
For disable cropping you should to change ‘true’ to ‘false’ in the line 47 in the functions.php file.
