Hi,

we have bought an additional license of vellum theme. We have a support question but when we tried to access support group we always have the same message “This is a private group and you must request group membership in order to join.”

we have already linked evanto account but is seems is checking our expired license and not new one purchased. Our user is “apousbnews”. Can you check what is going wrong.Thanks

You created a new account in our Help Center instead of logging in with the original account. That’s most likely what is causing the mix up.

You should login to our Help Center using the ‘apousb’ username and password that you originally signed up with.

I have deleted the ‘apousbnews’ user from our database so you should have no problems now logging in with the ‘apousb’ username and then joining the “Vellum” group.

Before open the ticked I tried to log-in with old user “apousb” but also I have the same error message: “This is a private group and you must request group membership in order to join.” and I have also a “Support Expired” message.

After you delete new user, error messages are the same :-(

You must first login to our Help Center using the ‘apousb’ username.

Next you must join the Vellum group by clicking the Join Group button for that group.

Then you must provide your Envato username and password in order for your purchase to be verified. Again, you should use the ‘apousb’ username (i.e. the username that purchased the product).

While my support has expired, I just wanted to ask if I’m alone in the fact that my contact form has stopped working – I saw @elfabi’s query about it. Did you change something? Can you give me a clue? I don’t want to buy support to fix it – if you direct me to what was changed, I’d be truly grateful (not asking you to fix it for me). Thanks! Love the theme!

We have not made any changes to the way the inbuilt contact form works for a very long time.

The inbuilt contact form is working okay for us and no one else has reported any problems with it.

The person named ‘elfabi’ was having problems with a form plugin, not with the inbuilt contact form.

I purchased the Vellum theme and was wondering if you have a list of compatible plug-ins for this theme. Thanks.

We don’t have a list of compatible plugins. In the three years since this theme was launched I don’t recall there being one report of a plugin that doesn’t work with Vellum. Should you happen across a plugin that doesn’t work with Vellum, start a topic in our Help Center for it. We’ll look into it and if the problem is being caused by something in the Vellum theme we will fix the theme.

Just bought the them and have been trying to install with the latest version of Wordpress. I could not get it to upload via New Theme in WP and so I tried my FTP which worked, however, when I activated it and try to do anything it was extremely slow and stalled out or got stuck. I called my hosting provider and with through their testing he said the IO usage was maxing out. I have not been able to do anything with this theme. Please advise.

Yes, finally figured out it went through. When I did it I got an error message that it did not post. Then after not hearing back I tried a search and found that it had gone through. All if fixed now.

In our Help Center it is easy to find any topics you started. At top left of the screen select the My Account > Forums > Topics Started menu item.

Hi, I had a quick question regarding visual composer 5.1.1 I am following a tutorial and I noticed that there are several options missing from row settings are these disabled by the vellum theme?

We think we have a fix for this problem and if you’d like to test it for us send us an email using the form on this page – https://themeforest.net/user/parallelus – and we’ll send you the development version of the theme to try it out.

1) I do not find how to define the theme that my forums will appear in this way like above 2) I use RTL and it looks like your template really does not get along with it

Hi There, is there a way that you could fix Scrolling from the Main Slider Landing page to Home Page, i have tried your own sample pages and the same issue happens on them. Slider does not allow scroll down with your mouse wheel anymore. Look forward to hear from you soon. Thank you guys.
