4 days since a ticket is open and there has been no response - neither at the ticksy support portal nor via Email. There seem to be no other way to get support.
My issue is that I want to get this theme installed on an existing shop without having to import demo products (demo blocks and pages are still ok). It does not work this way, and any request for support or guidance have so far been ignored.
P.S.: I will update this review if something changes later and they help me get the theme running, but as of now, even 1 star is too much.
