We purchased this theme a few years ago, and a font publisher (Mostardesign Type Foundry) is claiming their font was not licensed for your theme. Can you help produce a license for the font Sofia Pro?

hey, on the desktop version when adding a product to the cart, the cart shows only a dot in the right bottom corner of the icon. On mobile versions it shows the number of the items in the cart.
I would like to have the number show also on the desktop version. How can I do that?

We cant not upload becuase of this error

This theme has a lot of bugs. Images are not loading properly. The customization screen takes forever to load. The support team blamed it as because of the Shopify server but other themes load a lot faster.
We could not find (images and text sections) in the customization option. This particular section is available on all themes. But not in your theme. Theme shows broken HTML error even if we try to add any custom HTML codes.
The support team couldn’t fix the issue properly and we didn’t get any satisfactory resolution.
I will hand over the credentials once again in an email with all the issue present. Please try to rectify it. Else we will need a refund for this theme as it will be no longe useful to us.
