Dropdown (sub) menus don't link to target on mobile device. Paid for customer support and have tried to contact author numerous times with no answer. Charges for support but does not give any. Have purchased with Envato for years and this is the first and only time I've had such a bad experience.
I asked simple question last week on support, after I check it out on commends there is no support in general I understand. no answer = no star plus there are many small mistakes on site which need to take care yourself you can do it just by coding.
The webpage is nicely designed however there some pitfalls that annoyed a bit: 1) although the documentation is rather complete but it is written for older version of the template and some infos are not valid any more. For example my biggest problem is setting up the "newsletter" section which I couldn't figure out till now, 2) support is very weak. I sent the author 3 emails regarding the functionality of some component (including the newsletter section), but I never received any reply.
Author does some great work and this could be a 4 star item. It's beautiful and feature rich BUT you better know what your doing because there is absolutely no support, useful documentation, or fully working examples. I purchased this and am entitled to support but after I wrote comments and submitted forms etc weeks ago I have had absolutely no response at all. After looking through the comments it seems lots of others have the same issue.
