Sure, the menu works fine here: http://dev.cc.moose.cc – but it doesn’t work here; http://dev.cc.moose.cc/reviews/ I’m thinking there may be some relative/absolute links that are preventing it from accessing one of the js files (thats just a guess though), I’m not conversant in js.

So I can’t do absolute links? All the JS content needs to be duplicated for every sub-menu item?
in the new custom.js, find this: http://yourdomain/ and replace by your domain (include slash)
now you only need 1 js folder for your whole template
