Please give me refund

rMy worst experience on themeforest. Vertical theme has problems in the configuration module which makes it unusable and the author does not give concrete answers to obtain a solution. I would like to know how to get a refund and cancel my purchase.

What is the latest version of the theme why it is not mentioned anywhere? Thank you

Comes dependent upon WPBakery plugin to operate properly. The version within the package is old and in order to be updated, requires you to purchase a subscription from WPBakery. I find this type of conduct deceptive. Plugins included that are needed for correct operation of the theme should be automatically updated otherwise do not include them. I want a refund.

Hi. My website has stopped functioning correctly and it looks to be an issue with the theme. The error message is /public_html/wp-content/themes/vertical-v1.1.1/includes/modules/shortcodes/other_services.php Please could you help fix this? Seems to be an issue with the contact page again. Thanks.

The theme has one BIG flaw – it generates enormous traffic just to display some tiny icons!!! Both customicon.css and font-awesome.css when used for EVERY icon the author has invented some funny method to load them (trough an external load trough HTTP). So if you have 10 icons in the site you get 3.6MB of traffic just for these tiny 10 icons which normally would be 100 to 1000 times less. You get 1000 hits today – you get 3.6GB traffic just for that. This is so in version 1.1.1. Not sure if this is so in 1.2 – let me know

I’m using your theme vertical.

I have a problem with the menu. I have created a menu but the anchor link are not working. I tried to activated “Show One Page Settings” but the menu in not imported, only the name of the menu.

Also, I use fun facts plugin but I have only 3 facts. How can I align-center theme? How can I use an icon which is not in the list? Last question, How can I visualize the icon for the fun facts in wordpress?
