Having purchased this theme almost 2 years ago I seem to have problems all the time with it. While I love the design and look , it is extremely slow to load especially after I have updated the theme files! I have reduced all my image sizes, and the front page loads in 32 seconds! I have been in contact with my hosting and they said it is down to the programming of the theme? Now how am I meant to fix this? I will not pay AGAIN for extended support its a joke having to pay for every single thing that goes wrong with this theme. Unless I get a resolution I would AVOID this theme by a mile! Too many problems and loads so slow!

Hi there, I have just received and email about an update to the theme. I’m wondering how do I go about updating the theme? I have a child theme installed and active. And on the parent theme (actual VG Dorado Theme) it doesn’t give me an option to update in the back end? Do I just install the new updated theme files from my downloads section? I appreciate your help in this situation
You just need download new package, unzip theme vg-dorado.zip and upload new files to replace old files in your server. Please search on Google to know how to update a WordPress theme.
PS: please don’t forget to backup your website before update.
Hi purchased this theme last year but I have noticed the plugins that come with it do not update automatically ? I have no way of updating them and they are causing my site not to run correctly?

Hi there, I have just installed the theme and when trying to install the plugins I’m getting “Something went wrong with the plugin API.”. Can yo suggest a solution asap please?
I was able to upload them manually so problem sorted. We have managed to provide a server other than the one that has them blocked, the address is the following: https://iaw.com.co/web/wp-admin/ the user is: admin and password: admin123, we have mounted there the template, and it is not the first time we set up a template, as to send us to read the manual, we only need to know why we do not leave social networks by putting in the address space, as well a header where a wolf comes out , there is no way to remove it and put it through the template but through css, the subscription service to the mailing list is in the widgets, but the plugin does not appear in the template, please we need to give us a real support to the template , because it is the first time that something happens to me in themeforest and I have bought several blank templates here, I do not want to continue giving bad marks, but I am not satisfied with the support that it gives in the site, I will make the change of qualification when I can to help me solve the problems I’m telling you.

You even doesn’t import sample data. So how it can display like demo? It seem like you also don’t read the document of the theme.
We decided that we will don’t waste the time for the customer like you. Because it seem like you just want to get the money back. It’s ok. Just open the refund request. You can keep the theme package!

We can’t support when can’t view your website! It seem like you block out IP for some reason. Maybe you only want to use the theme but don’t want to pay for it then you wrote theme not working!
