Logout Option not working in top bar menu.
When we book a product, add it to view cart, then login with user id and password, instead of Login Link – Logout should work and take us out of the cart window, sir is telling. right now i have a given logout link – below login link. it is going to logout page and not loggint out the cart window. Please do this client is asking us to do fast.

It has been more than 15 days since we have paid up for an extended 6 month support for our theme ……………. , in this period we had asked for support from the author on a few issues concerning the usage of the theme, in spite of our repeated reminders to the author on several occasions, there has been no response resulting in not being able to use the theme in a manner that we wish to, in view of same, we request you to refund our payment of $ 33 paid towards same.
We have purchased Evnato themes earlier & intend doing same in the near future as well.

I dont recommend this theme. Support has ignored my ticket. Every time I pressed update, all the stuff on the page emptied. literally everything on the pages. Not only that, the quickstart package doesnt work well. Ive been at this all day and havent hear anything. I am no newb, ive been using premium themes for 6 years now. Im very upset about this one. Worst experience in my 6 years.
Sorry to hearing it. However, we don’t ignore any ticket. We often answered all tickets within 24 hours. Could you please give me Tracking ID of your ticket?
I wish I could change my statement or delete it, but i cant. Themeforest should add that option. I just want to say that I jumped the gun right before VinawebSolutions jumped on customer service. They handled things very professionally and new what the problem was very quickly and took care of it. It deserved a mention.
