Elated Page Options Header, Sidebar Footer etc is missing from Event (Posts) Pages but it works OK on Pages? Is this a WP Bakery Bug or Elated Options bug? I need to turn off sidebar for the Event’s pages?

Yes I tried that and I don’t see why I should have to extend support for a troubleshooting issue – If it was help to implement something, fine, but this is an error in the theme. So how do I get you the support request if it won’t let me get past the expired support?
Also Save As Template Greyed out – apparently this was a previous bug with WP Bakery and has been rectified but is not current in this theme?

Please note that WPBakery does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

There is an a issue with how the Timetable for Wordpress boxes are displaying. I have searched their own forum and tried there troubleshooting steps and changed the theme and the background color of the boxes were displaying properly on the changed theme – currently some entries are just white and cannot be seen. It is not affecting all – just some. The feedback from their forum is there must be a important! CSS rule that is overriding their rules because when I check the css code the background colour I set is either greyed out or strikethrough – see screenshot https://prnt.sc/1vmatq7 This is definitely a theme conflict as when I apply a different theme it works as expected. Please check your Theme CSS and advise which property is causing this and where I need to remove the important; property to make this work. Considering this is a plugin that you included in your paid theme – it’s very disappointing to be happening

Hi, I have 1.8.1 version of the theme from 2020. As far as I understand, you have updated in September 2021. How can I download the files? the ones I’ve just downloaded were 1.8.1 again, the same as I have from 2020.

Hello ! I have installed the theme with the demo. I use the Home “Pole dance” I want to change the logo. I go in : “Elated options / logo”. When i change the logo, it’s ok in the Home “Dance studio” but there are not changement in the other Home “pole danse, hip hop dance. On your Elated Timeline in WP Bakery, it doesn’t seem to have any option besides a 24 hour clock (18:00 versus 6:00pm). Is there a way to get ti to accept the option for a 12 hour clock like the plugin naturally does?
