Great and fast support.
A beautiful theme with many high end features and a great design support team! I always receive answers quickly and get very helpful tips and codes to customize the look of my homepage!

Theme contains defects, support suggested some hacks to fix them on a client side. Issues with translations (values are hardcoded so translation plugins do not help). Some plugins auto-generated pages which are not customisable and looks extremely ugly in my case.

All our theme labels are translatable and you can read more about it here and we are not quite sure on which auto generated pages you refer to.

This theme has so many issues.
It doesn't work well with plugins. It doesn't work properly. It's incredibly hard to customise... to change images in sliders is more complicated than it should be.
its' like a maze and you run into a problem with editing it on pretty much every page. Even simple things like text isnt as simple as it should be.
I've even got support on over 10 occasions from 2 experienced wordpress friends and both have said it's not great and has to work out ways to change things and adapt around the bugs.
Its a huge shame as its a very good looking design but I would be surprised if anyone has successfully finished their website from this theme without needing ALOT of help.
There has just been too many problems since even the installation. Problems at every step, every page.
I have given up and looking for a new theme.
I rarely give feedback, but so disappointed in this theme which had so much potential to look good if it worked.

Please note that our themes' interface is as intuitive as it could be considering the fact that every theme option has been reviewed multiple times before the release and the entire design team has helped create such a user-friendly panel. On top of that, every theme from our portfolio comes with documentation where we explained all theme features and functionalities. If that's not enough, we have recently developed advanced FAQ section where we included hundreds of articles for every common question our users have.
It is just normal to seek help if you're new to the subject, simply because it takes some time to get familiar and create your workflow into a routine. Luckily our support team is very well trained and does their best to provide the best support for all our customers. We don't have to mention that their work is reviewed by our senior members all the time, so quality check has been ensured and secured.
We don't want to get into the expertise of your WordPress friends, but we tend to think that overall item rating and experience from more than thousand buyers should count more relevant.
When it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn't and couldn't test all plugins out there with our themes. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality.
In case you don't wish to use our theme, please issue a refund request.

I had to select other because this review system doesn't allow you to put your own title. Suffice to say that everything about this theme has been FIVE STARS. The coding is easy to follow and easy to change without something else breaking. A simply great theme with even greater support. You will not regret your purchase! Thanks To A Great Team!
