Hard to customize. Graphics are nice and very well done. most part are self explanatory.

Sorry to hear that you struggle however you should know that you can always submit a request at our help center where our support team will be happy to help anytime. As your review does not provide more information about the issues you do encounter, you should also know that we do have our themes documentation where you do have an oversight of our themes options and all the possibilities you do have with the theme. Also as we could not locate any request created by your Envato username we would appreciate it if you could do this as our support team can for sure help and provide you with guidance.

for Design Quality

Advertised as easy to use drag and drop. Yes when you have used the system and learnt it. Yes when you envision what the page looks like aside from being able to see it.

Needs to be learnt and should say so. Loads of power and you need to learn. Nightmare with existing content for me.

There should be an expertise rating to help with purchase. This is a five out of ten expertise rating required to use. I will seek a refund in hope.
