First, this is an amazing looking theme that looks as good on mobile devices as in PC. Most of the theme I liked look very good on PC, yet looked plain on phone. This was the only one that looks nice to the eyes. It's everything you would need in a video themes and has all the features you didn't think you wanted.
What good is a nice looking theme is there's no good support? This is where things get more interesting. The support theme will go beyond to help you out to make sure your theme is everything you had wish for and more. They offer excellent services.
My friends and everyone else are very impressed with my website. They think I'm a genius. I almost feel guilty taking all the praises lol. The theme give you a top quality looking website with great features. You can't go wrong with this theme.
Lots of troubles with this theme, categories not propagating, images for the video not showing up and displaying a blank page!!!! Really bad for the price it costs, the theme looks very nice but if it does not function as intended that even the good looks can not make it as desirable theme.

I think the theme in the future will be a great tool, but it is in its early stage. I would buy it again because price is cheap, but with less expectations.
Color customizations are still very (just to mention one, you have to use CSS to change menu background colors) and documentation inline is really poor compared to other themes and website docs is very poor. A screenshot isn't a doc, it's a screenshot.
Again, the product is a promise, I'm sure the developers will make me change my mind... in the meanwhile I'm using it but rate it "not yet ready" so two stars for me.

It's my fault, i should have understood the site better before paying for. Clearly the designer of this site work so strange way.
I tell you why:
The site is divided in 2 section. Videos and Movies. I am still wondering why it's divided since video and movie have the same meaning.
The site has many good features for Videos ONLY.
Movies have what i considered important: fields for the genre, duration, date and so on.
Why i say the site doesn't make sense? Because everything you see in the home page is from videos, not movies. It means videos has no way to display genre, duration, and so on.
Don't ask me why but he did it that way
Why you did not display videos only and add the description to videos and remove movie section, i have no idea... so much work for no reason.

Hi, the Movie post type is requested from you. And if you want to use the Video only, you can choose the Video Category or Video Tag instead for the Genre. The ways is your. I don't understand what're you want, we do not support to customize the project, all we can is provide you the features, support service.
If you want to add the custom fields for the Video you can use the plugin Advanced Custom Fields then you can add anything that you want, we can't do anything that you want in 1 day only. Refer here:

Viem is still in it's infancy I assume and as such is going through growing pains. More work to do as there's many areas with problems within the theme.
-Social Share not working properly
-Mail Chimp integration doesn't work with keys
-Google Ads code gets stripped from input box.
Just to name a few. Love this theme and I hope the developers get the kinks worked out as it matures.
