Theme functions aren’t working after 3.3 update on WP 6.0.2. Going into Edge Options and hitting Save to update everything like years past is no longer working. Is there a new solution? All plugins have been deleted and reinstalled to no avail.

Hello it looks like there is problem since last WP Update:

it doesnt load the images on product page anymore, is a new update planned?

After the installation of the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin, go to Tools and select jQuery Migrate in your left-side WordPress dashboard menu. It will open the jQuery Migrate settings. Here in jQuery Version option just change to Legacy jQuery version and click save settings button.

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.

Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

Unfortunately nothing came from the customer services again. The last time i lost $49.88 because of useless, incorrect, information. According to Igor and Novica, Concept artist or artist in general should not use text in there designs or a logo or signature against copyright infringement… What? this is the full upload I did today and there is definitely automatic scaling going on… I just wanna see the bridge broken, between artist and website designers we care about things visually and themes that work easy, but going back and forth with people that only see numbers and money doesn’t at all. I have really enjoyed this themes but I hate the technical side of it and costumers servies. Its time so start searching for a better more effective themes for artist that makes things easy… and costumer service that are not lazy and don’t care about your website even if you pay!

The ticket you’ve submitted in Help Center should be updated now. Please note that even when we open the image in browser, independently from the theme, using the image url the logo and text appear as in your screenshot. You can test the images on one of the default WordPress themes( Twenty Twenty for example ) and check if images are being displayed the same. At the moment original image sizes are being displayed on the page so there shouldn’t be any image compression and lost of image quality.

The performance is very poor. The theme in mobile layout serve images that are not appropriately-sized to save cellular data and improve load time.

Does this theme allow for a full video background on the home page? If so, does it have to be from a youtube or video account or can you upload your own video file yourself?

Still no timing on a theme update, after 18 months!? Covid or not, you didn’t update this at all after May of 2019. If you’re going to abandon it, just say it so all of us that have this theme can find an author willing to update their themes regularly. So much has happened with PHP, Wordpress, and Woocommerce since the last update, and the lack of addressing it is incredibly unfortunate.

Hello. I’ve just been aware through Wordfence that WPBakery versions <= 6.4 have a vulnerability patched in version 6.4.1. Do you have any plans on adding this new version asap or should we find a workaround ? I bought Vigor theme and have it installed on a client’s website.

Hi Edge, My Support is now expired, so I will just ask you a quick question: I tried to install Woocommerce (last version to day) on my Vigor based website, but apparently the woocommerce override files from Vigor (last version) are not up to date. I had a warning message from the woocommerce status page like “cart.php using version 3.x and should be 4.x” something.

Here my quick question. Will you still update Vigor to be 100% compatible with Wooc.?

Hi There, can you please update the theme files to include the most recent versions of WPBakery Visual Composer and LayerSlider? I noticed the latest version per the changelog is a year old and there have been numerous updates to both of these plugins since the last time the theme/plugin files were updated here on Envato. Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out.  You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out.
