We purchased this theme and proceeded with its installation and configuration. However, when we deactivated the catalog mode, we noticed that the store is not functioning correctly. Prices are not displayed, the chosen style is 3 and also not working, the ‘may be interested’ module is not showing, icons in the menu bar are missing, including the cart, search icon, my account, languages, among other issues. How can we restore the installation without compromising the existing information? The website is under maintenance. Can you help?

Hi. We purchased your theme a few years ago. Now we have checked the version of the theme installed on our store it hasn’t updated to the latest version.

The website is casebycasewine and right now, due to updates in our PHP version from 7.x to 8.x, your theme is causing some PHP incompatibility errors on our website.

Can you please check your database for an existing license for casebycasewine? We might have used another account to purchase the theme so it’s not here in this account. If we can get a copy of the latest theme files for our website, that would be great.

And also, we will need the wp-bakery page builder plugin file as well.
