That's how the translation plugins are working and that's good for your website. If you need to change one setting in the theme options one a specific language, you can. Otherwise you weren't able to.
It takes you about 2 minutes to set the theme options.

Very(!) slow theme where everything needs to load beforehand. Takes FOREVER for customers. Changed this out after a few months - money wasted :(
