We tried in several shopify shops to make your template menú to work to no avail. Your customer service does not work for nothing. How can we get a refund?

Our technical support manager say, they already answer your few question, now I saw you have mega menu problem. So please contact the customer service. If they are not fulfill your requirements then only we can give your refund

You have not. The template does not work and you give very simple and useless answers. I am frustrated, lost a client and you keep copy/paste your regular answers. I successfully installed many Shopify and WooCommerce templates before, this is the first time I encounter with such trouble, so I am offended you are so patronising in dealing with this.
They say, you support is running. Then why you comment here and why you give bad rating and why you send refund request. If they fail to give you support then contact me here for refund

You called support copy/paste same answers all over again? I received 3 of these:
Installation Please follow this step to find the install zip file. We include Theme Documentation too. That’s why you need to first Extract/Unzip then install zip file. Follow the bellow step.
1) Download the package from themeforest.net (the file is in zip format) 2) Extract/UnZip the file you have just downloaded. 3) After Extract/UnZip you can see a file name vine-shopify-theme-v1.0.zip and another folder called documentation. This vine-shopify-theme-v1.0.zip is install file. And this documentation folder have full theme documentation.
Like I am a newbie and dunno how to do it.
I followed the instruction, so please do not insult my intelligence anymore, this is not technical nor customer support. So there’s why I requested my refund. If you as the developer (author) are not in charge of support. Who is?

Installed in 5 different shops (for trial) without problems. Menu and footer never worked…

I did several times and as I said several times but you do not read and keep copying the same reply. I cannot give you access to my client’s store and its not problem to install your theme, the problem is the menu does not work, let alone de mega menu, the simple menu don’t work we cannot change the menu as it does not have a navigation feature. I contacted your “customer service” several time and keep giving me same answers.
