We bought the theme outside of Envato, as we didn’t know that the theme was sold here, and also here for our Brazilian currency it would be very expensive, considering that we are starting our project and we can’t take any risks, the purchased theme is up to date, However, there was a small error in the vingame demo, in the part where it shows the post number with the little arrow, it simply stays floating on our website.

We know how to obtain the purchase code, we are informing you that the purchase was made outside of envato, because we are Brazilian and the tax is very high, we chose to buy through a third party store, to test the theme, and if it is good we would buy through envato , however there is this grotesque error with the demo, which we were unable to overcome, the code in the custom css simply breaks the page, but it seems that it is impossible to get support from you if we didn’t buy it from envato.

I am interested in buying your product. But I have noticed that when I open your default demo on my phone, the menu icon for the main menu disappears. When the home page is loading, I see the menu icon. But as soon as the page finish loading, the menu icon disappears.

I have created footer at Header Footer Builder, I want to use that defferent translated footer for different langauges as anyone does. For example domain.af(English) page use defualt footer; But in domain.af/ar (Arabic) page, the default English footer still in used on this page while the page is in arabic. Hello, i have purchased this template more than one year ago (actually on march) and since i dont have the premimum support anymore, came here to ask for help. I have a problema with the Elementor plugin update. I have updated it and now all the site sliders are broken. I was thinking about buying Elementor Pro, but i need to fix this issue first. To import the demo data the necessary content comes from our remote server. So, we’re not providing it with our theme file.

We weren’t clear about the top banner. Now, we got it when you mentioned the Top Ads Banner.
Anyway , to set the Top Ads Banner please go to your WordPress admin panel, Appearance > Customize > Theme Settings > Ads Settings > Top Banner Ads.
