Our dev team is working hard at the moment on updating all our themes. We don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however once it is updated this will be listed in the change log.

If you are running latest WordPress version, please try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.

Newer WordPress versions introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.

We are sorry to hear that you've got this impression. The theme is working correctly on our end and all of our themes do get strictly tested before they can even be released.

All of the features displayed in the demo can be achieved with the theme. As we do not have enough information about what would you like to achieve and what is it that you find troublesome, we would appreciate if you could please submit a ticket to our Help Center, include your website URL, and one of our support agents will assist you. Hello,

Sorry to hear about such a bad experience.

To begin with your support requests. We located only three from you, none was related to any customizing or code modifications. You had two, which are related to PSD files and one where you asked how to change your logo from theme options.

!important rule serves to overwrite default CSS styles and it's not related to our theme, or any other for that matter, it's related to hierarchy in reading CSS on a web page. You should add !important rule to be certain that some CSS rule will be overwritten by yours. Otherwise, this rule is not necessary.
