Brand new install with all the required settings and there are multiple problems. Just like many of the people that have already commented a year ago—Visual Composer doesn’t install. There was also errors importing the demo data (no demo xml file was included in the download) and had to be sent a new theme zip file. Now there’s also other errors and have not been helped. Very disappointed.
Hello, I just talked to support team, they said the updated version of the theme was sent couple hours after you opened a support ticket which fixed the visual composer issue. Plus, after having your login details they entered today and set up the website as showcased in the demo. Please check and let me know if I can be of any further help. Thanks.
Hello, how are you? I made a purchase of the ViralNews theme – Buzz WordPress theme, and I’m having two problems. First the Visual Composer plugin does not install. With this example, you can download the theme, the Sample sample and examples of widgets, this is making an import, more Options the theme panel (optional) is giving the corresponding error “The theme options import data could not be read. Please try a different file. I sent email to “levonmanucharian@gmail.com”, but I have not returned so far.

Hi, just tried with All in One Event Calendar by Time.ly – works fine. You might just want to adjust it styles to match themes design, I see they also have such an option in plugin settings so you shouldn’t have any issues.

Hi, The Latest picks and Quick posts are both shortcodes you can use anywhere in your pages. You can add them via Visual Composer plugin. I would also highly recommend to import the sample content which will give you a solid base to start working with. All you need to do is to watch and follow the documentation’s 6 minute screencast

Hi, Any luck ? anybody checks the replies there, I open more than 5 times in the day to check the response from you and nobody answers. till now very poor support from you. It’s 5 days has been passed since I requested for the demo data issue and till now there is no luck.

Hello, I have discussed the issue with the support team – they have been communicating with you constantly, however the issue you are having is specific to your installation environment and hence is not reproduceable on our side, that’s why the support team asked to give some time to be able to figure it out as it’s not a common issue. Still, from what I understand you are on a tight deadline and are not able to wait till it’s figured out and you requested a refund. I will be happy to issue it, sorry about any inconvenience.

Hi Domenvato, thanks for your comment. The Sassy social share plugin that is used has deep integration, we just showcase the single posts sharing in the demo. The same goes to “Top social stories” plugin. The latter is a little bit hard to showcase in the demo because you need some social shares to see the whole functionality it provides.
