2) Speed is related to many factors like images, number of apps, theme features, etc… Kindly optimize all the images before uploading them to the theme. 2) Your website works quickly on all devices we have checked. We are not sure why the speed score is low in Shopify. We will try to increase the speed score in the future update.
I just found out after support expired that the Slider Bottom image is fixed width, and when you browse the site on a big screen or resized the window to bigger one, the image wont get bigger. I wish I can attach a screenshot here. I am not planning to renew support for this issue as this is an issue on the theme. I have you guys as a user to access my website. Please fix this huge issue or share how to fix it here, and I will do it by myself. Thank you!

Hello, on the product details page, there are three places where you can fill in the text on your theme, but shopfiy only has one description box when I upload it. How can I put the content in three different places like your theme?
To enable the three product tabs that you have mentioned, please go to your product page customizer > Product pages > Tab section > enable the three tabs. (Refer: https://prnt.sc/20uyytl). The three tabs consist of different functionalities, the first one shows product description, the second one shows the reviews of the product and the third one is a static page like shipping details. The third tab will stay the same on all product pages.

I know, but I can’t separate the content of the product description from the right part. There is only one place for shopfiy to upload the copy. Why is the content under the product title consistent with the content of my product description?
You can increase the truncate words counting on the product detail page, and under the product title, the description is called a short description. this short description is one of the parts of the product description.

Theme is good, but the menu icon sometimes functions and sometimes not on mobile view. Please fix this as soon as possible! I have been working on this for a long time, and I just noticed the issue. Please do not update the products page and quick product view or any other pages as I had to modify them .
Another Issue is Recently purchased. I do not want it, and I turned it off from settings by unchecking the Display customer who recently purchased but still popping up. It shows for new users. Try opening the website in a private tab and you will see. Please also help with this!

Can you please tell me how to turn off the recent purchased feature. It is so annoying. I tied to turn it off from the theme option, but still on. I tried to display none on theme.css but no luck!! The theme looks good but missing a lot of features!! and so annoying..

Don’t buy this theme if your brand wants to use any other color besides purple.. you can’t change the color of the shape below the slider.
