Different issue. The posts lose their categories and tags randomly during the day, and then they come back after long few minutes. They show as ‘Uncategorized’ even though that category doesn’t exist. I’ve copied the site to a stg server and same issue, I’ve deactivated all plugins, and issue persists. Found this on the console log, not sure if it has anything todo with it. “DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for https://ntvstg.wpengine.com/wp-content/plugins/boosted-elements-progression/assets/js/hammer.min.js.map: Unexpected token ’/’, ”/*! Hammer”... is not valid JSON”

Hello can you software use soundcloud private track embed code to play my own private tracks? Thanks
Our theme supports embedding Soundcloud but there isn’t any ability for the theme to track the embedded plays as that is from the Soundcloud end. That would be something that Soundcloud would provide. I recommend checking the Soundcloud documentation and/or searching for some tutorials if you want to track the embed code of Soundcloud.

Yes, we have an option that allows users to submit content. You can find a demo of this here: https://viseo.progressionstudios.com/submit-video/ Please note this is just to submit content. There isn’t any front end user management or anything like that. If you needed more membership functionality you could use a third party plugin. There are a number of great options like ARMember available at http://codecanyon.net

Hi, I updated the template with the latest version but the elementor still is giving a critical error on my website. Viseo Version: 3.7 and Elementor is Version 3.6.1. What do I need to do to get my site back working? The error says:
“There has been a critical error on this website.”
and when you debug it says deprecated Elementor.
Sure, that just means you are using an outdated version of the pigeon Progression Elements. Please make sure you are using the latest version of the theme. Then update your Progression Elements plugin. To do so, simply deactivate AND delete the Progression Elements plugin. Then install the new version under Appearance > Install Plugins

Hi, I purchased you theme while back and have not use it live because I have not been able to remove the “submit video” button from the heather. You mentioned it can be turned on/off via “simple option.” The documentation does not say how to turn it off. Where in the theme is this option?

Yes, you can use any third part video hosting service. If you do this, the video will not open in the lightbox popup but instead be embedded on the page like this example (with the player from rumble.com): https://viseo.progressionstudios.com/2016/12/locally-hosted-video/

I need to change the categories (or attributes) easy to filter the videos. For example – to change the type of a movie in some other kind of attribute. It’s going to work easy? (or in how many ways can the videos be filtered). Thank you
Yes, you can filter the videos. Example: https://viseo.progressionstudios.com/episodes/ You can control the filters and easily adjust them via the page builder. There is no limit on how many videos or filters you can use.
Note: Post filtering filters videos in view as you can see in the example. If you want tabs, we also have a tab page builder element.
Is there a way to have a different page title background images for each page? I tried changing in appearance but it changes all of the pages images to the same image.
Yeah, you can adjust the page title background per page. Click “Edit page” at the top of the page and scroll down to the bottom. You will find a list of page options that includes the page title background.

How do I change the footer header colors? I can’t find it anywhere. On the demo the those footer header reads “RECENT POSTS” and “RECENT COMMENTS”. Those are the one’s I’d like to change the colors for. Also, is there a way to change the spacing between the footer widget columns?
You can adjust the font size, colors, etc. of the footer under Appearance > Customize > Footer

Hi, i installed the father and child theme, and activated the child one. When im going to install the required plugins, advance custom field going in error. With this message (in italian): “Il download non è andato a buon fine. Non è stato fornito un URL valido.” All the other plugin are ok.

1) Sorry but we do not have a slider header background option. That being said if you wanted a section with a single slide/no slider you can have a video background.
2) Yes, we are using the page builder Elementor. Yes, you can easily add news to the homepage with the page builder.

I just purchased this theme a few hours ago and installed fresh. The plugin Advanced Custom Fields PRO isn’t able to be updated and is already out of date on my fresh install. In the plugin section it says: You have version 5.8.12 installed. Update to 5.9.5. View version 5.9.5 details. additionally i downloaded the complete package and looked in the “Additional Files” folder and there are not manual updates for the plugin in there.

that is not correct they change the javascript version in 5.6 and part of your plugin does not work all right even without viseo theme active, and with latest version of the boosted element plugin and elemenator

no helping. that is not correct. the plugin stopped working properly since 5.6 for sure. the live site working but editor mode is broken. check it yourself if you dont believe. post widget of boosted plugin is not working in editor mode and i tried it in many browser. lucky i have experience with it and know to use elemenator because it is very confusing when creating new pages.
