hi, I’m using your theme for one of my sites, I would like to point out two things: - if I insert a link of a video (for example of Youtube) in an element of the portfolio then this video is not loaded when I go to view my portfolio, why? Do I need to upload the video to WP media or do I just have to enter the YouTube video ID? - always in the single view of the portfolio section, in the RELATED PROJECTS displayed at the bottom of the page, only the category of the portfolio being viewed is always displayed, and not that of the other portolio elements recalled in the related projects section, why?

When will the woo commerce files be fixed ? Your theme (Noo Visionary) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

Yes, you can setup the one-page menu with our template by adding the ID for each section and create the menu with #id, it will redirect the page section when you click to the menu item.

Hello, i bought the theme a while ago and had no time to finish the project, now my support is gone and the responsiveness of the owl carrousel(in Team and single portfolio” is really bad. everything is crushed together, the text is out of the box.. can u somehow even if my support has expired help me? and the menu button on mobile doesnt work at the “Über Uns” Page..

I just tested this from several different browsers. FireFox and Edge works fine, the page builder works smoothly. On Chrome however I am consistently getting 30 second delays after I hit “Save Changes” and “Updates”. I will use another browser for now (FireFox), but am still confused about why there is a delay.

I’m not sure about that, I also check the chrome on Osx and everything works fine as my video. Maybe you should check more about that, and try to optimize your server or hosting.

We sorry, you can’t remove this slug, but you can change to another slug by go to file /wp-content/plugins/noo-visionary-core/admin/post-type/noo-porfolio.php line 40 and rename noo-portfolio to another. But after change this slug, you need to go to setting/ permalink and save setting again.

I tried to go to the support but there is a sever 524 error every time it tries to load. Anyway, great theme but I have one issue. For some reason there is a gap on the left of about 25px when I set an image as a full width cover background image. Is there anyway to get rid of the white gap on the left?

Just a quick pre-sales question… Is it possible to not display the portfolio information – so remove client, date, location and technology – and only have the gallery and paragraph text? I assume by just not filling in the boxes it might be, but wanted to make sure that all the titles (including ‘Information’) would not display..?
