I am trying to import Demo Data but it comes out incomplete, the menu, pricing, blog, footer items are missing i tried to follow the instruction from documentation. I tried to install from local server and remote server. I cant find a way to make my site to look like your demo.
Steps that did
I installed:
1. Layers 2. Child theme 3. Plugins 4. Import Demo.xml 5. Add new page from layers

Hello, there seems to be an error with your theme on the our sponsors section. When you resize the screen for responsive mode, a few of the companies disappear for example. HasTech disappears on mobile screen size. Other than that, great theme.
Hi, It is due to responsive code. It’s not a bug. It may show 2,3,4 logos based on screen size. Because there is scroll option. You can drag the logos easily (owl carousel effect). Thank you.

For 1. content export: Tools—> Export 2. Widget Export : install a plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/ 3. Customizer export: Install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/customizer-export-import/
Deactivate or delete this plugin after downloading the export file.

I purchased this theme in 2017 but never got to use it. I’m now setting up my site but I can find the plugins to enable me set up the demo site first since I’m not an expert. How else can I access the plugins
